About the Organization Hill Country Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Centers is a unit of local government and a not-for-profit, 501C provider of Mental Health and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Substance Abuse, and Veteran Peer Services throughout the greater Texas Hill Country Region. Hill Country MHDD Centers is designated to be the Mental Health Authority by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority by the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) for a 19 County Service Area including: Bandera, Blanco, Comal, Edwards, Gillespie, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Llano, Mason, Medina, Menard, Real, Schleicher, Sutton, Uvalde and Val Verde Counties. With a Mission of Promoting Independence, Community Integration and Recovery, HCMHDD Centers operates (10) ten Mental Health Clinics, (8) Developmental Disability Centers and serving a population of over 630,349 consumers within 22,593 square miles.

We need your help! The Operational Contracts Administrator position provides vital support to the Contracts and Consumer Benefits Departments in a fast-paced, varied, and friendly environment. Position Requirements

Academic / Work Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills (Office 365)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health administration, behavioral science or another related field (preferred)
  • Contracts experience including lease agreements (preferred)
  • Experience with Social Security Disability programs, Medicaid, and Medicare (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)

Certificates / Licensure:

  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • Current Automobile Insurance
