Summary/Objective:
The Gummy Plant Operator I is responsible for producing quality products through the efficient use of assigned equipment and the execution of defined procedures.


Essential Functions:

  • Comply with GMP and Safety Guidelines meanwhile developing every activity in the plant.
  • Perform cleaning activities in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Support and assist setup activities and startup of manufacturing process.
  • Check and select trays on demolding process to assure optimal conditions for depositing.
  • Dispose rejected trays to washroom and wash trays according to Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Receive product and store in conditioning room keeping FIFO guidelines.
  • Assure that all logbooks, batch records and other official documents are completed in a correct, accurate and timely manner.
  • Assure the assigned equipment is operated in accordance with applicable Operational Manuals and Standard.
  • Assist Kitchen/Depositor operators and Team Leader in other areas as directed.


Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A mechanical aptitude.
  • Fluency in the English language is required.
  • Must be able to perform required repetitive lifting tasks.
