Position IT Help Desk Assistant/Concierge-Tier one  

Reports to the Director of HR and Operations and the Managing Partner


  • Manages / filters all IT requests and assigns to appropriate personnel
  • Completes tier one requests in a timely manner thus helping the productivity and efficiency of staff
  • Maintains and manages IT Ticketing system (works with our Consultant NGEN) who handles Tier 2-3 requests.
  • Follow through and reports on IT tickets that are assigned to additional personnel
  • Respond and resolve tier-one ticketing system requests
  • IT concierge for minor IT as needed items
  • AV tasks/Technology set up for meetings/events
  • Maintains IT equipment inventory
  • Other ITand Admin Duties as assigned
  • Misc Admin projects/Duties-assist as backup for Admin team
  • Covering front desk/Switchboard as needed (4:30-5 daily and misc other times as needed)

Position Requirements


  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree Business Field
  • At least 1 years of IT Help Desk experience/Admin
  • 50WPM at least
  • Organized, detailed and Tech Savvy
  • Outlook 365, Sharepoint, CRM
  • Architectural firm/Design Firm experience a plus
  • Office Suite, Accounting Software, etc.
