Position Operational Support/Administrative Assistant/Office Opportunity - Waterbury, CT  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the front desk reception area and act as the “Face of Feeney” being the main point of contact for the company (ensuring that someone is always sitting at the front seat during company hours)
  • Monitor and update daily crew reports
  • Liaise with supervisors and managers and assist however necessary
  • Update calendar on a daily basis, tracking and reporting absentees (monitor PTO- sick and vacation time)
  • Schedule and dispatch crews for the following days’ work as necessary
  • Monitor equipment lists and ensure everything is allocated appropriately
  • Ensure city permits are up-to-date and extend when necessary
  • Process job packets for supervisors
  • Submit, approve and correct all CDR’s
  • Assist with submitting payroll for crew members and collaborate with the Payroll Department to address any issues or concerns that may come up
  • Work closely with various departments throughout the company such as Human Resources, Safety, Training and Payroll to ensure crews get all of the answers they need
  • Maintain the COINS system by entering jobs, job status changes, equipment tracking, and bulk POs
Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Office administrative experience is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and wear many hats throughout the course of the day/week
  • Capacity to work with and assist other departments as necessary
  • Professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor and attitude is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
