Share Email Opening Title Director of Operations- Columbus  Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description Director of Operations- Columbus Position Summary: Oversees Area Managers daily operations as well as maintaining good communication and relationship with our customers. Reports to: Vice President of Operations Supervises: Area Managers Responsibilities Include as well as other duties assigned: Scheduling of supervisors and Area Managers Supervision of supervisors and Area Managers Oversees proper use of timekeeping system by the floor crews and coverage crews Establishes and maintains daily, bi-weekly, and monthly labor and supply budgets Conducts bi-weekly budget reviews with Area Managers and Site Supervisors Review and approve manual payroll corrections Addresses specific daily customer needs Sets up special service schedules for customers Obtaining supplies Warehousing of supplies Recommends needed or improved equipment Schedules all floor work and floor crews Supervises floor crews Addresses daily customer needs Assists in setting up special service schedules for customers Follows up on supervisor-customer contact Requisitioning of supplies Usage of supplies Obtaining equipment Warehousing of equipment Communicates to VP of Operations of unusual conditions, unfulfilled commitments, unsolved identified problems, or other situations that may cause customer dissatisfaction Recommends management methods that may improve productivity, customer satisfactions, and cost cutting programs that still achieve our expected work quality and maintains good customer satisfaction.   Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience. Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
