Responsibilities Primary: Carry out pre-planned event assignments to ensure the desired results of each event, including, but not limited to pre and post-game events, private events, and any related event at the ballpark. Assist with room configurations and event setups. Assist with scheduling, oversight, and coordinating of game day employees. Game-day inspections of facility to ensure a superior fan experience. Assist in the creation of yearly, monthly and daily stadium project lists. Support with storage/warehouse projects as directed. Assist with shipping and receiving packages through WTS Web Tracking software. Order supplies and materials for maintenance programs within budget guidelines; receive and maintain supplies. Assist with other duties as assigned by Florida Operations staff. Process service requests through ISS/CMMS system and assign/update and closeout as work is performed on gameday. Secondary: Pull tarp when necessary. Perform Mascot responsibilities when needed.   Position Requirements Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes home games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Driver’s license. Desired: Previous experience working in collegiate athletics, minor league or major league sports, particularly in baseball. Fluent in Spanish. Prior experience operating a forklift.
