Mission Services include but are not limited to, acquisition and contract management, program management support, and other related workload requirements associated with the acquisition and administration of awarded contracts. The contractor shall accomplish a variety of acquisition and other related administrative services to complement the Government’s workplace capabilities. Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field, that includes or is supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization. Minimum 2 years of experience serving as a Federal government and/or contractor employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst. Must be DAWIA Contracting Level I certified (graduate level education may be substituted for years of experience or DAWIA Contracting Level I certification). Knowledge of the federal acquisition process. Knowledge of contracting principles, laws regulation and procedures. Knowledge of methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems. Familiarity with price and cost analysis principles. Qualified Candidates must have: Shall be able to read, write and speak English.
