Use your creative side to design and build content for ecommerce and social media platforms. Analyze and research data to provide accurate information so customers have a high satisfaction while using ecommerce platform. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with creating of social media posts Assist with customer and employee training in regards to ecommerce platform Create and design content material for ecommerce and social media Work to enhance data on the ecommerce site Monitor customer service request through online chat platform and email   Position Requirements Job Requirements: Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in related field Proficient in Microsoft Applications Experience with all social media channels Preference will be given to those with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canvas, Adobe Spark, HootSuite, and Constant Contact Experience with video recording and editing is a plus   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time -unspecified-   Location Colchester   This position is currently not accepting applications.
