All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Supporting EHS IT Infrastructure - both physical and virtual assets; liaison with management and end users on maintaining and administering business critical IT capabilities and deploying new software and hardware solutions; provide Help Desk support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving software/hardware problems; manage Office365 environment and other cloud based services; perform and assist with installation, configuration and integration, backups, troubleshooting and problem resolution of servers, workstations, storage devices, and firewalls; install security patches on servers, remediate vulnerabilities, and report patch compliance; advise on security patches and remediation activities and assist EHS in managing IT life cycle requirements; develop plans to further centralize IT infrastructure to ease the burden of the systems administration; provide support with Information Assurance and other Cybersecurity related issues; overview regulatory compliance issues with regards to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); develop and provide training to EHS workforce regarding cloud services and regulatory requirements; develop and manage company's IT Standard Operating Procedures (SAPs), Technical Implementation Plans (TIPs), and other regulatory policies.
