Description

Join our professional Restaurant Team serving guests in our restaurant outlets!

Seeking servers to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and dessert recommendations for resort guests
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in an accurate and timely matter
  • Pre-bus tables between each course.
  • Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists.
  • Maintain clean and stocked service and dinning areas.
  • Monitor, observe and check on guests during dining experience.
  • Ensure we have exceeded our guest's experience in our food and service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Competencies:

  • TIPS/TAMS Certified
  • Previous experience as a server a plus.
  • POS experience a plus.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to maximize use of time, resources and technology.
  • Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Physical & Other Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to taste or smell.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
  • Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
  • Non-smoking candidates preferred.
