Description

Seeking Ticket Sellers to sell tickets and rental at the ticket booth(s) and handle any operational procedures that accompanies this duty.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for Customer Service and ticket/rental sales at the ticket booth(s).
  • Responsible for running the computerized Ticket Sales System, Credit Card Machine, and making appropriate change to customers.
  • Assist Office Supervisor in the preparation of the Daily Ticket Sales Reports and Deposits.
  • Assist in keeping the office area clean and organized.
  • Answering the phone and assisting all resort guests that call.
  • Handle guest complaints and misunderstandings.
  • Handling cash, taking payments, processing credit cards.
  • Schedule snowsports instructors on lessons.
  • Assisting with lesson meeting areas and splits.
  • Providing guests with key local information and assistance.
  • Responds to inbound sales calls, responds to inquiries and provides information and/or follow up materials as requested.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 
Position Requirements

Competencies:

  • Previous experience with Sales 32, SysManager and SMS a plus.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to maximize use of time, resources and technology.
  • Able to analyze, interpret and present data in various formats.
  • Able to work with computers, faxes, copiers, scanners and various other technologies in offices and on resort.
  • Maintains office, employee and company confidentiality at all times.
  • Dependable and meets goals.
  • Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical & Other Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
  • Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
  • Non-smoking candidates preferred.
