Part-time Opportunity with Flexible Hours

Growing customer service call center is looking for an ambitious recruiter to source direct hire candidates. Our innovative company is looking for a talented recruiter to staff two locations. The talent acquisition specialist will primarily focus on recruiting for customer service representatives in the communications industry. We offer flexible shifts for applicants including full-time, part-time, evenings and weekends allowing for greater success in placing candidates seeking unconventional working hours.

Successful recruiter must be able to:

Source candidates utilizing different channels - including traditional resources, social media tools, and other niche platforms including job fairs and online boards and forums

Coordinate interviews with internal managers

Bring a creative and forward-thinking approach to sourcing quality candidates

Implement basic employment law and pre-hire best practices

Source, identify, qualify and deliver candidates using a variety of creative recruiting methods

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partner to identify and clarify job specifications in order to effectively source quality candidates

Prescreen, interview and refer candidates in alignment with the company's hiring objectives

Manage job postings and follow up with candidates throughout the entire hiring process

Assist in implementing best practices into the recruitment function

Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals and objectives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Check references while adhering to HR best practices

Assert excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization as well as with candidates

Successful candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience. Microsoft Office proficiency and working knowledge of HR compliance requirements associated with state and federal labor laws and regulations is required. Employee relations (hiring, firing, investigations, management and employee counseling) experience is also desired. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized team player with strong written and oral communication skills who will portray a professional image to our candidates and sets expectations of our work culture.
