ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Targets and sources top candidates.
Review and critique of resumes to match job descriptions.
May conduct initial screening interviews to obtain required information to pass along to Recruiters
Ensures receipt of application for employment and all other necessary paperwork from candidates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Able to be highly confidential.
Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to navigate and update candidate records and status in an ATS.
Ability to
Able to work in a team environment.
Manages stress and/or fast-pace effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to target and access top candidates.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree desired
Experience executing and delivering effective and innovative techniques and best practices to source, attract and pre-screen, recruit quality candidate for key positions.
2-3 years sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
Experience in the following: search engines, building talent pipelines, driving sourcing tactics, candidate generation and experience, and delighting customers
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
WORK CONDITIONS
Standard office; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must work on-site; no telecommuting permitted.
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
