Ticketing & Membership Associate (WildLights) 

Description

Join the Woodland Park Zoo Team in the Admissions department as a Ticketing & Membership Associate!

What you’ll do:

  • Promote and sell membership and general admission tickets to the zoo
  • Provide customer service to zoo guests at the West or South entrance gates, or over the phone

When we’ll need you:

  • 25+ hour per week (with a minimum 4 days per week), non-benefited opportunity
  • Seasonal position starting November 21, 2019 until January 4, 2020 during WildLights
  • Schedule: 5-9 p.m. (Closed: December 2, 3, 9, 10, 24, and 25)
  • $16.00 per hour

Who we’re looking for:

Customer service oriented individuals who thrive in a team environment, and have cashier/cash handling experience.
