Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (SHC) is a Lasallian Vincentian Catholic, co-educational college preparatory secondary school located in the heart of San Francisco, California. We provide academically rigorous, vibrant learning grounded in social justice and emerging / 21st century pedagogy. The Director of Advancement is a mission-driven, experienced professional with a deep passion for Catholic secondary education. The Director of Advancement actively collaborates with the SHC senior leadership team, the Board of Regents, and the Advancement Office to design and implement a comprehensive advancement program (event fundraising, corporate and foundation giving, annual giving, endowment, capital, alumni and constituent relations efforts, stewardship and advancement services). The Director of Advancement will develop talented team members focused toward the ultimate goal of significantly increasing constituent involvement and fundraising outcomes and reports to the Vice President for Advancement & Enrollment.

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft software applications, Google/Gmail and internet usage, and; database management preferred
