Responsabilités : Réviser des bons de travail et interpréter les dessins fournis afin de déterminer les opérations d'usinage requis. Effectuer des réglages simples à l'aide des instructions fournies et la documentation connexe. Charger et décharger les pièces dans les machines. Vérifier et inspecter visuellement que les produits finaux sont en conformité selon les dessins. Préparer le montage de la machine pour la production. Effectuer l'entretien ordinaire sur les machines. Entretenir et garder son espace de travail propre, sécuritaire et sain. Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité. Respecter les normes de qualité établies. Connaître les méthodes de travail et suivre les procédures de travail établies. Effectuer toutes autres tâches reliées à la nature de ses fonctions. _______________ Job Description: Reporting to the Machining Shop Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for operating numerically controlled machines to perform high precision machining work using specifications and work instructions as well as any other provided documentation. Responsibilities: Review work orders and interpret the drawings provided to determine the required machining operations. Make simple adjustments using the instructions provided and related documentation. Load and unload parts into machines. Visually check and inspect that the final products are in accordance with the drawings. Prepare the assembly of the machine for production. Perform routine maintenance on the machines. Maintain and keep your workspace clean, safe and healthy. Respect health and safety rules. Respect the established quality standards. Know the work methods and follow the established work procedures. Perform other duties related to the nature of his duties.   Position Requirements Exigences: Capable de lire, comprendre et suivre des instructions de travail, des dessins techniques, des notes d’assemblage, des listes de pièces. Capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques. Connaissance des instruments de mesure, outils conventionnels tels que banc de scie, fraiseuse, perceuse, scie à ruban. Rapidité et précision dans l’exécution du travail avec une orientation qualité et une bonne dextérité manuelle. Bonne attention visuelle. Expérience dans un poste similaire est préférable. Bonne compréhension du français et de l’anglais ________ Exigences: Able to read, understand and follow work instructions, technical drawings, assembly notes, parts lists. Ability to solve technical problems. Knowledge of measuring instruments, conventional tools such as a table saw, milling machine, drill, band saw. Speed and precision in the execution of the work with a quality orientation and good manual dexterity. Good visual attention. Experience in a similar position is preferable.
