We are looking for a data-driven, marketing leader with deep multi-channel marketing experience to drive CREDO Mobile acquisition marketing.
CREDO Mobile is an experienced MVNO, a reseller of mobile phone service. We have been selling mobile phone service since 1999 and today we sell all the latest smartphones and service on the best network.
As Director for Mobile Marketing Acquisition, you’ll report to the CMO and be responsible for leading the Acquisition Marketing function for the CREDO Mobile product. You’ll lead strategy and execution of channel marketing in order to drive mobile sales. The Mobile sales journey is one with a deep consideration period, making the interaction between acquisition marketing and other points in a prospect’s customer journey vital. You will collaborate with the Director for Brand and Content on campaigns that engage and move prospects deeper down the marketing funnel and with Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence teams to optimize audience engagement and sales conversion strategies. You will remind people why having a phone with CREDO Mobile means you stand not only for progressive causes but that you believe in the importance of spending your hard-earned money with corporations and brands who share your values.
In this role, you’ll:
Build the marketing advertising plans including channel mix, allowable spends, test plans and projected results to deliver sales on plan and on budget.
Work with agency partners, Business Intelligence and Marketing Operations to manage acquisition marketing channels for Mobile with particular emphasis on Email, Digital and Direct Mail channels.
Drive top of the funnel acquisition marketing and warming campaigns to drive email acquisition, site visitors and cart adds.
Develop and optimize add a line, win-back and refer a friend campaigns in partnership with Customer Marketing.
Obsess about core marketing metrics and optimization opportunities and aggressively test and re-test new channels, offers and strategies.
Manage the Sr. Sales Manager who leads the Inside Sales team tasked with converting the callers you drive through online and offline channel marketing.
Work with agency creative partners to develop advertising campaign creative on brand and in adherence with regulatory and partner, for example Apple, guidelines.
Develop campaign calendar and targeting in concert with Marketing Operations, BI and agency partners to ensure accurate campaign execution, tracking reporting and audience optimization across products and marketing touchpoints.
Partner deeply with Business Intelligence, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Service to test and optimize new CREDO Mobile ecommerce website on the Magento platform.
Develop and test landing page strategies in partnership with Brand and Operations Marketing partners, BI, agency partners as well as with Engineering & Product to inform optimization for the ecommerce website.
Strategize on the SEO opportunities and learnings from landing page testing to inform potential website optimizations.
Continually optimize the engagement funnel in collaboration BI and Brand and Marketing Content partners to warm, convert and refer prospects while collaborating with Marketing and BI partners on the funnel management and optimization of other products.
Partner with BI and Data Management on attribution capabilities including media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution and contribute to the advancement of these capabilities for use in planning and day-to-day channel management and cross-product audience strategy.
