RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Become a credible product and brand expert Be the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities at multiple locations Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer Be the team player that works well with other squad members to deliver sampling goals Identify future sampling and/ or event opportunities to convey to the hiring manager Willing to take ownership of sampling activations and work with hiring manager to ensure successful execution Assist counterparts in the collegiate program with marketing, planning and event executions Be able to identify future Suja Juice Crew Members while out in the field and exchange contact information for hiring manager Goal -oriented and able to take the initiative to achieve /exceed goals Relationship building, excited to partner with our customers, consumers, and retail partners   Position Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Charismatic, confident, outgoing and “down -to-earth personality Excellent communication skills (verbal / written) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Unique or individualistic hobbies Must be able to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment Adaptability and creativity is a plus Local market knowledge is a plus Relevant experience in events, promotions, consumer marketing or community marketing Must have access to internet/ phone / printer A reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license that is not and has not been expired, suspended, or revoked within the last 3 years Flexible schedule – must be able to work unusual hours including nights, weekends and some Holidays Must be available to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time - 6 to 8 hours Must be able to work under diverse weather conditions Ability to work under pressure Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs of product and infrastructure - setting up promotional materials, product, boxes, etc. TEAM LEAD REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of relevant experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing Daily Mission Plans sent out to team members Lead the team and setting an example Assist in training new brand ambassadors Assist FMM with any tasks they may need You’ll be responsible for partnering with like-minded companies in market Full knowledge of product and company history An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals Ensure events go smoothly, participate in strategic execution of sampling initiatives, reaching consumers in market Seed and develop new relationships with market influencers, Be very organized - Storage, warehouse, overall Google Drive Knowledge Use of personal vehicle if needed by brand for event transportation Must be 21 to apply All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check including driving record, education, employment and criminal records Suja offers a fun working environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and supports individual growth.
