Service Representative

We are looking for someone who
  • Communicates professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Is comfortable using the computer.
  • Has experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Is dependable and willing to learn.
  • Preferably has experience with the A.C.E. curriculum.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Answer a variety of phone queues.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Enter orders on accounts.
  • Take payments.
  • Track orders.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Research and resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with miscellaneous department duties.

Job Overview

A Customer Service Representative answers phones, provides information and enters orders on customer accounts. This position requires an extensive amount of daily time on the phone and computer. A successful Customer Service Representative effectively communicates with people and is able to multitask while ensuring accuracy to assist customers with excellent service.
