POSITION SUMMARY: BASIC FUNCTION

The HR Representative performs work of moderate difficulty by managing various HR projects and providing comprehensive support to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This position will have a strong focus on data entry and integrity of the HRMS. Areas of support include HRMS, Training, Onboarding, Employee Functions, and HR files and documentation. Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responds to employee questions regarding RagingWire policies and procedures.

Ensures receipt of policy acknowledgement forms

Assists the department by carrying out various HR programs, policies and procedures for all RagingWire employees.

Assists in development, implementation, and documentation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintains electronic employee files

Facilitates the background check process for candidates

Prepares necessary documentation for employee onboarding, termination, resignation, etc.

Coordinates training sessions setup, including catering and technical support.

Processes invoices and purchase orders within the HR department.

Processes management requests for employee changes.

Responsible for data entry of employee information for the maintenance of the HRMS and TMS records.

Develop ad hoc reports and metrics utilizing the HRMS reporting tools.

Assists with employment verification requests

Ensures legal postings are current in all locations.

Assists the HR Management team with various HR projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Able to be highly confidential.

Proficient with computers and intermediate level skill with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.

Proficient with Power Point and Vizio

Able to work in a team environment.

Rely in experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Able to manage workload to manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and level of accuracy.

Manages stress and/or fast-pace effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience

Minimum 5-7 years in Human Resources, with 5 year's experience with HRMS

Experience with Power BI a plus

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.

Able to hear and speak into a telephone.

Close visual work on a computer terminal.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.

Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs

WORK CONDITIONS

Standard office with co-workers; extensive daily usage of computer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimal US travel

Must work on-site; no telecommuting permitted.

Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license
