Summary: The Service Center Supervisor will supervise team of dedicated Service Center Specialists who provide premier customer service. They will be responsible for overseeing the Service Center Specialists daily tasks, provide coaching and feedback to ensure team is providing quality customer service. Must be dependable, have the ability to multi-task, have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and have the desire to work as a self-motivated team player in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Essential functions include but are not limited to: This individual will supervise day to day performance and activity for the Service Center team. Monitor the call center floor for support and handle escalated calls; monitor call queues and adherence to schedule of specialists. Conduct team meetings to communicate updates and short trainings to specialists. Responsible for coaching and counseling specialist performance and develop performance action plans. Work with the training department to transition new specialists from training to the call center floor.   Position Requirements The minimum qualifications for the ideal candidate include: Two years call center experience required. Ability to apply active listening skills and problem solving techniques to resolve issues. Associates degree in business administration or related field preferred High School Diploma required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
