Share Email Opening Title Custodian  Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description To provide clean, comfortable, and pleasant surroundings for Museum staff and visitors. Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and condition of assigned areas and equipment. Ensures that all public areas of the museum are kept neat and clean at all times Cleans restrooms and makes sure they are furnished with necessary supplies Vacuums all carpeted areas and rugs; dusts desks and other equipment Vacuum travertine floors and walls as needed to keep clean Dust mops, wet mops, strips, refinishes, and waxes floors Cleans walls, doors, windows and vents, to include stainless steel Removes gum, food and other foreign matter from floor Removes trash from all areas of the museum; cleans up spills and broken glass Operates all equipment associated with duties Works closely with other departments and assists in setting up special events and other activities Performs other duties as directed   EOE Statement This company does not discriminate in the recruitment, hiring, and conditions of employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), marital status, disability, age, veteran status, genetic information, and any other status as protected by applicable law.
