Call Center Coordinator, PACE 

Description

PACE Call Center Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and support of administrative operations for the department under the direction of the VP.

  • Coordinates workflow distribution and monitors call center statistics and metrics.
  • Working with the PACE leadership, plans and executes a departmental orientation process for logistics staff that meets the intended needs of the department.
  • Establishes and maintains staff work schedule and elevates staffing attendance and coverage issues to the appropriate departmental supervisor.
  • Responsible for time sheets, time off requests, and call outs.
  • Provides reports and analytics upon request.
  • Escalates any concerns (especially related to team member management) to
  • Maintains departmental calendar for staff meetings and provides minutes of meetings to leadership as assigned.
  • Reviews and discerns where systems and/or processes may be enhanced to reduce, or prevent system breakdowns in order to improve customer satisfaction and elevates concerns to supervisor.
  • Maintains and develops workflow procedures and process in conjunction with leadership
  • Ability to write, maintain, and update Policies and procedures
 
Position Requirements

Education:

High School Graduate required

Experience & Training:

Minimum of 1 year administrative assistant experience supporting management

Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer proficiency with accurate and efficient typing
  • Strong judgment and decision making
  • Highly organized while handling multiple tasks
