Deployed Training Teams (DTT) and all resources required to support education and training to host Nation Forces in austere environments.

Country and Training:

Sri Lanka Training Details. Close Quarters Combat - Visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) centric.

Thailand Royal Thai Army (RTA) Training Details. RTA - Basic Pistol and Rifle Small Unit Tactics (SUT) / Full Mission Profile (FMP).

Thailand Training Details. RTA - Tactical Combat Casualty Care/Combat (TCCC) lifesaver, Puma/Raven AEII Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems.

Thailand Training Details. Border Patrol Police (BPP) - Border Security Training

Mongolia Civil Military Operations (CMO) Prime Coordinator

Republic of the Philippines - SUT/Marksmanship (MMS) / Precision Marksmanship

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

Directly manages all deployed Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) as the site lead and team leader. Manages and provides oversight for all training teams, Program of Instruction (POIs), training task, objectives, and standards. Ensures all training goals are achieved, training teams are properly resourced, training sites are adequate, controls quality, manages and inventories all equipment, and enforces safety standards. Trains Partner Nation Forces (PNF) where appropriate. Produces After Action Reports (AARs), Gap Analysis, Daily Reports, Personnel Status, Safety Incident Reports, and POIs according to Attachment XXX Deliverables Schedule. Attends daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc Prime directed meetings accordingly. Engages with subcontractor trainers, PNFs, and US Embassy key stakeholders; reports to the Primary Coordinator and Master Trainer; informs the Primary Coordinator and Master Trainer. Serves as the deployed subcontractor site lead.

Required Qualifications:

Will have at least three (3) years of experience in managing/leading programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope. Will have at least 8 years' experience serving on one of the following: U.S. Army Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA), U.S. Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training, U.S. Naval SEAL, U.S. Air Force Special Tactics Squadron, U.S. Navy Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training, or U.S. Explosive Ordinance Disposal (or equivalent).
