The i3 Academy Assistant Principal for Operations will be responsible for systems, processes, and procedures to enable educators at i3 Academy to pursue the mission of the school: To empower learners to be agents of change for the problems they see in their world. This position will manage all aspects of school operations. I3 Academy is a startup school and will require individuals who are highly flexible and willing to go above and beyond.
Preferred skills and work experience:
Demonstrated success in managing non-instructional contractors
Experience working in education organizations.
Experience with staffing processes and general human resource procedures.
Operations and facilities management experience.
Experience in managing and enforcing service level agreements and contracts for outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to manage others.
