POSITION SUMMARY: BASIC FUNCTION
The Director of Digital Programs Marketing will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing programs that develop new contact opportunities and deliver marketing qualified leads to the sales organization. This role will lead efforts for the company across the Americas in leveraging digital channels and tools to develop and deliver ongoing programs that identify new companies and contacts and drive engagement opportunities. This role will also develop and manage the marketing technology stack for the company, and develop a plan to deploy best-in-class marketing tools to support online and offline marketing efforts across the company. In addition, as a member of the marketing leadership team, this person will manage his/her budget and future staff to develop RagingWire's lead generation campaigns and ongoing technology development and management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy for all segments of our business
Responsibility for customer acquisition across mix of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, display advertising, paid social, sponsored content, programmatic media, and 3rd party publishers
Develop and implement a marketing technology stack to deliver more opportunities to sales and drive ongoing contact engagement
Create, direct and track the ROI of the various marketing and lead generation initiatives, with the objective of creating a continuous and consistent flow of leads.
Deliver customer acquisition and return on marketing investments targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Lead daily, weekly, quarterly reporting on customer acquisition activities, including building set of tools and reports for automated reporting
Play a strong and active role on the marketing team contributing to all aspects of marketing strategy and execution.
Participate in corporate and cross-functional activities leveraging your marketing expertise and capabilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Significant marketing experience (10+ years), including prior experience successfully positioning product and companies and adjusting technical offerings for both technical and business audiences.
Experience in building strategy for optimizing Search, Programmatic Display, and Paid Social integrated marketing campaigns to achieve target ROI
Develop customer insights, track industry activity and follow market segment trends closely to anticipate threats and opportunities
Experience within the new go-to-market and lead generation models
Prior record of success in the construction of highly effective marketing, communications, PR infrastructure that clearly communicated corporate messages to a target audience
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) and Salesforce.com
Highly collaborative and able to work in a team environment

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning skills. Experience in facilitating significant growth of businesses
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
College degree or Masters in marketing, business, or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with technology focus
Management experience leading customer acquisition teams
Experience working with and managing agencies
Management experience leading customer acquisition teams
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment without direction or oversight
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be available for travel and on-site in CA-HQ preferred
Must possess a current, valid state issued driver's license
Role will require significant travel to all RagingWire sites across the US
