Client Asset Management Specialist 

Description

Performs daily processing, posting, and transmission of all 401(k) trade activity.

  • Performs daily recordkeeping processes to generate trade files that will be sent to the respective Money Managers.
  • Researches and resolves recordkeeping process errors in order to ensure that trade data is accurate and reconciles to any client facing systems.
  • Reverses any trades that did not occur at the Money Manager in the trading system as a result of plans not being set up in order to ensure that the client account is accurate.
  • Places contributions on hold when requested in order to prevent them from being picked up by the trading process and trading at Money manager.
  • Researches incoming checks and sets up trades in the recordkeeping system according to direction provided by clients to ensure accurate trade activity.
  • Reviews prior business day trades for missed trade rejects and takes appropriate action to ensure that the system information is accurate and up to date.
  • Researches projects requested by other 401(k) operations teams related to trading and then takes appropriate action to ensure that quality service is provided to clients and participants.
  • Partners with New Client Management team to process Money Manager changes when requested by clients.
 
Position Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • 3 years of experience in Customer service.
  • Demonstrates customer service skills.
