The Lease Specialist II will work with RealFoundations clients, global team members, and the Manager. Essential Job Functions Support Portfolio Lease abstraction and administration for an account or group of accounts Support service delivery performance on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is completed and deadlines are met Ensure rfStandards are implemented, met, and maintained in the delivery of services Support account management activities including but not limited to preparing and participating in client status meeting, invoicing, and client issue management discussions Provide timely and accurate documentation and reporting Execute special projects as assigned by Senior Management Work with the team to capture knowledge, create new artifacts, and improve existing templates Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines Verification of lease compliance for all lease-related payments to the tenant, including base rent, percentage rent, operating expense(CAM), real estate tax and insurance obligations Perform detailed analysis, review and approval of client invoices including annual operating expense and real estate tax reconciliations   Category Managed Services   Location Dallas   Position Lease Specialist II   Position Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience or any similar combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret Legal language Experience calculating CAM and Tax Reconciliations Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability Strong verbal/written communication skills Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service Demonstrated experience managing and developing team members Ability to manage multiple priorities with high flexibility and rapid response time The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented We are not accepting unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters unless such recruiters were engaged to provide candidates for a specified opening.
