  • Partner with other key internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing; R&D; Product, etc.) to further develop the brand positioning by creating messaging that captures the vision, voice and tone of our brand in all channels
  • With the head of growth, own any and all influencer engagement programs
  • Proactively develop a crisis management strategy
  • Identify high profile speaking engagements for relevant executives, particularly our executive leadership team, that will enhance our reputation as a thought-leader across many verticals and help support talent acquisition goals
  • When applicable, manage PR agency/freelancer relationship(s) and hold agency and team accountable for hitting communication/business objectives
  • Build relationships with counterparts within Clorox to access resources and share opportunities

What You'll Need

  • Successful prior experience in developing and implementing PR/comms strategies with finite resources
  • Executive presence and the ability to advocate for your ideas and back them up with data and sound reasoning to effectively influence across the organization
  • Understanding of the value of PR on SEO
