Our software is positioned to integrate into marketing and sales automation platforms such as Marketo, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM. We enable our customers to better optimize their Marketing Automation and CRM platforms to include high impact direct and dimensional mail, cutting through the digital clutter to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing our marketing systems and tools and creating scalable processes for lead generation and database management. You will own the tools that span the breadth of our marketing efforts and conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by the team.
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you'll collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize our marketing systems and processes, ensuring the team remains efficient and effective. You love the intersection of creative and data - You want to come up with ideas and measure their success.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the combination of data, technology, and marketing and is skilled in building cross-functional strategies that drive revenue. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable creating an overall strategy as well as hands-on execution.
You're someone who enjoys digging into the details - You’ll be building processes, troubleshooting when things don’t go according to plan, and optimizing from there. This role reports to our VP of Marketing.
