A day in the life…

  • Develop the solution portfolio for the Digital Workspace Portfolio
  • Work with client and AdvizeX teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business outcomes to client satisfaction
  • Review Statements of Work, RFP's and proposals in support of Digital Transformation Solution Team
  • Develop and manage technical client relationships and implementation plans and methodologies
  • Implement techniques to improve engagement productivity
  • Support ongoing client services relationships, with a focus on customer success
  • Lead the technical aspects of digital workspace engagements through the engagement life cycle
  • Collaborate with Services Engagement Managers in leading a client engagement team through the engagement life cycle
  • Work collaboratively with Services Engagement Manager to deliver exceptionally high-quality engagements that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Support Services Delivery Manager and Services Engagement Manager in identifying and resolving issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational success
  • Collaborate with multiple teams of engagement managers and principal consultants in successful delivery of regional based engagements
  • Support other regional delivery teams as needed
  • Provide technical direction to engagements
  • Develop and present conclusions and recommendations to Services Delivery Manager, Services Engagement Manager, and Client directly when needed.
  • Provide solution implementation assistance as required
  • Assist in resource management to align resources with company initiatives, processes and methodologies
  • Provide engagement feedback to the AdvizeX Technology Solutions development team to continually improve solution offerings
 
Position Requirements

What we are looking for…

Required

  • 10-15 years related consulting or technical leadership experience within an established IT consulting firm or enterprise company
  • IT Systems Integration consulting experience highly preferred
  • Technical expertise in the following areas:
    • VMWare Horizon Product Suite
    • VMWare Workspace One Product Suite
    • Desktop Image Deployment (Windows 10)
  • Technical Proficiency in the Following Areas:
    • On Prem Data Center Technologies; VMWare VSphere, Storage, and Compute
    • Microsoft Infrastructure Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, SCOM)
    • Network Infrastructure: Data Center, User Access, Network Security
    • Automation Concepts
    • Security Methodologies and Technologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of Digital Workspace Solutions
  • Proven ability to manage technical requirements for a team
  • Strong technical project/program management skills
  • Strong collaborative and team building skills
  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership and knowledge transfer
  • Ability to lead multiple complex technical components of solutions delivering business benefit
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible to travel up to 25%
  • College degree required with advanced degree preferred
