Position Overview: The Field Marketing Manager - Arizona will be primarily responsible for all Field Marketing activities in the Phoenix area and spreading the Suja love and awareness throughout Arizona. Key Responsibilities: Management: - Ensuring the team is aware of current sales and stores SKU’s are available in
- Holding a bi-monthly team meeting ensuring the team is always aware of any new updates, and all important brand information
- Manage Team Lead & Brand Ambassadors. Hire new team members when needed.
- Attend and work with the team at weekly events.
- Ability to manage time behind the computer and in the field
- Ensure that brand ambassadors submit photos and check in forms on time
- Maintain control of allocated hours and spend
- Maintain and manage the company vehicle
Driving Volume/Spreading the Suja Love - Ensuring planned events align with marketing efforts & the Suja brand
- Sampling: offices visits, opportunistic sampling and events. Right place. Right time. Right message. (this includes nights and weekends) not only sampling but networking for the brand.
- Meeting with, dropping samples to and educating local influencers, media and potential partners.
- Responsible for meeting your KPI’s each month
- Hitting your bottle goal each month
- Planning out team hot zone focus, where to go, planning all visits for “lunch takeovers”, “live” sampling, and potential partnerships.
Role: - Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to cultivate positive work environment and to manage, coach, and mentor a strong team
- Manage storage unit inventories, and submit product and promotional marketing material requests as needed
- Network to build relationships and increase brand visibility
- Have a go-getter mentality and be able to problem solve efficiently, knowing when to communicate and escalate questions and concerns to managers
- Communicate with Regional Field Marketing Manager on a frequent basis
- Document and report issues and concerns to RFMM
- Completing program recaps and various presentations
- Updating trackers and reports including: budget, timesheets, expenses
- Weekly field marketing and field sales team conference calls.
- Planning our quarterly potential partnerships & events that best align with the brand and presenting to the team with needs, budget, etc.
- Receiving shipments/placing orders understanding projections for operations.
- Logistics for events, drops, activations, and following up with partners etc.
- Secure Health Permits and Certificates of Insurance for your market events
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Attend regional retailer meetings when asked

- 1+ year of management strongly preferred
- 3+ years of brand ambassador & marketing experience
- Available to work some nights and weekends
