Navy Unmanned Systems Project Manager for Acquisition and Financial Support 

Description

The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company which has a successful 50+ year history of providing the United States Military with acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, information technology and financial management support services is seeking a Navy Unmanned Systems Project Manager for Acquisition and Financial Support.

The Navy's PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) designs, develops, builds, maintains and modernizes the Navy's expanding family of unmanned maritime systems, mine warfare systems and small surface combatants. PEO USC's program office runs with the support of contractor support staff who augment the uniformed and civilian Government workforce.

The project manager in this position will function as a Task Lead in a leadership role directly supporting the Program Director, on a 25-person contractor support program, supporting the corporate operations, strategy development, integrated logistics, program management and budgeting efforts of PEO USC's Front Office.

 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
  • Desired: Bachelor degree (BS/BA) in related field.
  • Required: A minimum 5 years’ experience in/with: Acquisition and Financial Support.
