Title: Investment Sales Manager / Advisor Development Manager

The Advisor Development Manager will act as the primary contact for registered representatives, associates and teams for assigned managed programs and/or territory. They will partner with the assigned program development manager(s) for continued growth of program revenue and invested dollars in conjunction with the program business plan. This individual will ensure new and existing representatives are consistently using CFS sales resources to include 3-2-1 Sales Process, MoneyGuidePro, technology tools i.e. DocuSign, SendMyDocs, BuildMyProfile. The Advisor Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting for staffing needs, coaching, mentoring, and providing both basic and advanced sales training to registered reps and sales assistants to implement the plan for success.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Series 7, 66, and Life licenses are required. May be required to obtain Series 24 registration.
- 5+ years related experience and/or training
- Securities and Life Insurance sales experience required
- Previous management and sales coaching experience a must
- Demonstrates employee advocacy and continues to develop reputation as neutral and approachable in mediating concerns between managed program personnel and the financial institution.
- CFP preferred.
- Strong communication skills and public speaking experience
- Clean U-4.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred
Up to 50% travel will be required.
