Share Email Opening Title Assistant Project Manager  Location Baltimore   Description Cube Root is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team for a project involving construction of a new K-12 school in Baltimore City. Our team is providing owner's representative construction project management services. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring contractor's operations to ensure compliance with plans, contract terms and specifications. Coordinates and schedules various phases of construction with the prime contractor and other agencies; and advises contractors of violations. Recommends changes to construction plans to meet field conditions; checks equipment; maintains and reviews comprehensive project records including daily diaries, as-built plans, pay quantity records, progress schedules, work orders, and monthly estimates.
