This position is responsible for creating an appealing presentation of the tremendous variety and selection of flowers and other products that we offer. The product must be fresh -- Looks good, smells right; with just the proper feel and firmness for the product; With the proper arrangement and color variety; The Floral Clerk can make the difference by the way he or she does their job. We need to treat each individual like a guest in our home -- with courtesy, friendliness and the respect that they deserve. Suggestive selling is the key to increasing sales. The Floral department is the center piece at the dinner table.
