Supports the formulation of budgets and cost estimates.
Produces budget and spending reports from ERP/management information systems
Assists in the preparation of cost and schedule reports.
Supports the execution of financial management, from monitoring controls to review, measurement and tracking of status.
Analyze supporting activities' conformance with plans and schedules; work with more experienced business and financial managers to help resolve conflicts and issues.
Support the preparation of budget exhibits and other budget/program processes to develop plans.
Implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in ERP.
Support all aspects of the budget cycle.
Support the development of Congressional/POM briefs.
Support the creation and update budget books.
Support the development of answers to data calls from other offices and agencies.
Bachelors degree required. Four (4)+ years of financial management experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
At least 1 year experience with DoD program financial management
Experience as financial analyst in NAVSEA ERP environment preferred.
Fully conversant with MS Office applications; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to obtain and/or maintain a SECRET clearance
