Description

The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager is an integral contributor to the overall success of the location of the restaurant, and the bar. The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager will direct, coordinate and plan the organization of all food and beverage while working beside the Chef de Cuisine in order to ensure consistency, budget control, quality of service and product. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead a team and direct the vision of the highest quality operation. This position will exhibit excellence in cultivating the Edgewood Vision by executing both Team Member and guest engagement standards.

Position Requirements
  • Fine Dining Restaurant management experience, five years or more in a luxury resort setting
  • Strong knowledge of wine, Sommelier 1 and mixology
  • Has effectively managed multiple departments with 15+ team members
  • Forbes Service Standards knowledge
  • Strong leadership, communication and service skills required
  • High School diploma required; college or hospitality degree preferred
  • Current Alcohol and Food Preparation certifications from accredited sources, ServSafe or ASI
