Creative Manager 



Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Manager is responsible for project managing the Academy's branding and design projects.


  • Supervise in-house design team's progress on a daily basis, ensuring creative deliverables stay in line with brief, brand identity, intent and purpose, and on schedule.
  • Receive requests for creative materials from all departments in the company.
  • Brief Creative Director on all requests received.
  • Determine resources required and propose project timelines.
  • Brainstorm best approaches and creative solutions to project requests.
  • Supervise the collection and organization of all project specifications, approved copy, assets, including reference and inspiration.
  • Ensure designers are briefed on projects, either independently or with Creative Director.
  • Organize project kick-off, check-in, post-mortem, and brainstorm meetings as necessary.
  • Monitor creative hours spent and update Creative Director when projects are trending over budget.
  • Route creative materials for approvals within the department and throughout the organization.
  • Deliver final approved creative at correct specs and per established schedules to those departments requesting materials.
  • Coordinate with print and promotional item vendors to test and produce materials. Relay specifications to designers and costs to the departments requesting materials.
  • Ensure departmental alignment by being the conduit between corporate communications, e-commerce, social media, and everything in-between.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in film, design, marketing, communications, project management or related field.
  • 5+ years of creative agency or in-house creative department experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to make changes to existing artwork as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects in a faced-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work independently or with a team while displaying a professional work ethic.
  • Must be a movie fan with passion, curiosity, and passion.
