The TO Lead shall provide deliverables for the satisfactory completion of the AI for battle rhythm for mission command effort and related areas, such as, knowledge management, and network performance. This includes multiple assessments being performed simultaneously for the MC warfighting function, for formations at echelons above brigade (EAB) up to Army Service Component Command. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides research and analytical support for U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Transformation and Modernization initiatives, emerging doctrine and tactic, future Warfighting concepts and strategic plans, or new systems acquisition and fielding Collects and analyzes lessons and best practices to produce DOTMLPF-P gap-filling products for the force Conducts analysis to identify and facilitate the resolution or mitigation of Army issues at the tactical, operational and strategic levels of war to include the institutional aspects of the Army Required Qualifications: Master's Degree 20 or more years of related military work experience Five (5) years or greater of field knowledge and experience in Army, joint, and coalition operations Division, corps, or higher echelon experience and knowledge of Combined Arms Center and TRADOC organizations and functions Service with joint or combined organizations Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an Army capability development organization BA or BS degree from an accredited university (preferred in Computer Science) MEL 4 certification or Army Management Staff College equivalent Five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a task lead or managing programs in support of Army or Joint requirements Demonstrated planning experience for complex activities equivalent to that of a Brigade S3 or Executive Officer Two (2) years of experience leading writing teams for TRADOC concept documents Clearance: Secret Clearance Location: FT Leavenworth, KS Travel: Travel will be required   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Location Ft.
