Position Fleet Safety Administrator  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain database using vehicle tracking software
  • Monitor On-Board Camera and GPS Tracking systems and produce reports from each as needed
  • Work with Fleet Safety in the implementation and daily maintenance of several Safety programs and Data bases.
  • Analyze and report on data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Authorized Drivers List
  • Assist with the monitoring of weekly RMV reports for all company drivers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required
Position Requirements


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comfortably handle confidential data
  • Comfortable using Fleet Tracking Software (GPS) & Fleet Asset Management Software
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow through on commitments and projects
  • Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills
