Share Email Opening Title Fleet Safety Administrator  Category Construction   Position Fleet Safety Administrator   Description Duties & Responsibilities Maintain database using vehicle tracking software Monitor On-Board Camera and GPS Tracking systems and produce reports from each as needed Work with Fleet Safety in the implementation and daily maintenance of several Safety programs and Data bases. Analyze and report on data in Excel spreadsheets. Assist with the maintenance of the Authorized Drivers List Assist with the monitoring of weekly RMV reports for all company drivers. Perform other duties as assigned and required   Position Requirements Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent 2 years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education & experience Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to comfortably handle confidential data Comfortable using Fleet Tracking Software (GPS) & Fleet Asset Management Software Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment Problem-solving skills Ability to follow through on commitments and projects Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills   Salary   Req Number CON-19-00007   Location Boston   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
