Hours: Tuesday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm Saturday 3:30pm - midnight Responds to after hours support request as assigned to process and complete export shipments. Performs duties which include, but not limited to, processing orders, operating forklift and man-up equipment in a safe manner in accordance with company safety standards and procedures. Assists in the counting, storage and retrieval of material. Responsible for the accurate transmission of information to US customs for clearance of aircraft parts / aircraft into the US as required by US Customs Other duties may be assigned by management in order to meet department or business objective on an as needed basis, including assisting in the processing of import shipments via ABI MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalent Three years' experience working knowledge with export shipments in warehouse environment Working knowledge of AES (Automated Export System), in the ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) portal. Working knowledge of software that prepares required documents in compliance export regulations. Knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classification. Knowledge of Bureau of Industry & Security Export Regulations. Intermediate level proficiency in the use of PC Windows business software (Microsoft Office preferred) Excellent math skills Experienced with computerized inventory control system Two years' experience operating forklift Three years' experience in warehouse environment Experienced in shipping of hazardous materials Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally, with both internal and external customers ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Importing and exporting procedures Familiar with civil aviation components College courses in materials or operational management WORKING CONDITIONS: Office and warehouse environment Use of personal computers required Provide rotating off hours export compliance support and warehouse functions.
