Description

Assertive Professionals is searching for aFront Office Support PM for a National Security Customer based out ofSpringfield, VA.

The salary range for this position is between $92,000 - $95,000 based on meeting or exceeding the requirements. There is an additional $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, tracking, and coordinating Staff Summary Packages at the Group, KC and Agency levels
  • Developing, reviewing, and tracking Award Packages
  • Supporting Taskers in the TA Front Office to include: reviewing, coordinating, assigning to TA offices, briefing at TA staff meetings, closing on time and reporting to CIO-T
  • Supporting Action Items in the TA Front Office to include: compiling, reviewing, tracking and reporting of status on a daily basis
  • Assisting in the development of Interagency Agreements
  • Representing TA at CIO-T Tasker meetings on a weekly basis

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI
  • 8 years of general experience
  • 6 years of specialized experience in Program Management, Operations Support, Human Resources, Training Support or Logistics Support
  • A Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field such as Economics, Finance, or Accounting

 

Desired Additional Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated specialized experience working independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities in a front office environment.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with working across divisions, groups and organizations.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience in the development, tracking and coordinating Staff Summary Packages at the Group, KC and Agency levels.
  • Demonstrated experience with the routing and approval of Interagency Agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience with providing support to action items in the TA Front Office to include: compiling, reviewing, tracking and reporting of status on a daily basis
