We believe vaccination is the best protection for our patients, community and Visiting Nurse staff.   Location Corporate   Category Corporate   Description The Quality Improvement Coordinator will provide review and ensure timely submission of ADR requests from payors. The Quality Improvement Coordinator also provides routine reporting and analysis on documentation trends, and opportunities for improvement based on routine chart reviews. Works with Clinical Supervisors and clinicians to provide education related to findings of chart audits. Focuses on quality of clinical assessments that drive organizational outcomes results.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Licensure/Certifications: Must have current licensure by the Georgia State Board of Nursing. Proficiency in ICD coding and/or OASIS required. Previous Experience: Two years of experience in home health care. Computer Skills: Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer such as user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop or laptop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.   Shift Days   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
