Available Work Schedules We are currently looking for great team members to join us in the following full-time work schedules! Monday through Friday 7am - 9:30am Monday through Friday 2pm - 6pm What You Will Be Doing The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Primary Job Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Plans (IP’s) with the assistance of the interdisciplinary team Assist in the implementation and documentation of formal IP programs and other programmatic requirements Perform related household chores as needed (to supplement resident training or resident competence) Prepares nutritious meals as directed by the Dietician and provides for a positive dining experience for all residents Ensures the safety, health and well-being of all residents Reports and documents unsafe conditions in the environment and injury and health conditions of residents   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written Licensure/Certification: First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Proof of auto insurance. Preferred Experience: Six months experience working with developmental disabilities. Special Skills and Requirements: Must be detail oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities. Must be able to use tools and equipment as required – including pushing/pulling wheelchairs, lifting consumers with Hoyer lifts Interested? Great!
