About the Organization  

Assisting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with research, writing and clerical aspects of projects, data entry, invoicing, scheduling, copying, scanning and binding reports and other administrative duties as needed.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited:

  • Perform asbestos project monitoring, air sampling, surveys and inspections.
  • Perform HUD and HUD Grant Compliant lead inspections and risk assessments.
  • Perform NYS compliant mold assessments and clearance inspections, prepare mold remediation plans and collection of microbial samples.
  • Perform indoor air quality investigations.
  • Perform other environmental related duties, as needed.
  • Assist Branch Administrator, as needed.
Position Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • NYS DOL Asbestos Inspector
  • NYS DOL Management Planner
  • NYSDOL Project Designer
  • NYSDOL Project Monitor / Air Sampling Technician
  • NYS Licensed Mold Assessor
  • USEPA Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor
  • OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Training
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and internet proficient.
  • Valid NYS driver's license.
