Email Opening Title Java Developer  Description The TAX Compliance development team is looking for a Java Developer to join their team! The team is responsible for developing and maintaining software that generates taxes for our clients. You will leverage your 2-5 years’ experience in Java and Oracle developing solutions that are critical to the services we offer our large client base. We work closely with product and operations to determine how to best support and design solutions for the applications. Our agile environment consists of multiple agile teams (product owner, scrum master, analysts, software developers, and test automation engineers) working in two week sprints. Software is released through Continuous Delivery pipeline leveraging build, test and deployment automation, allowing for regular releases to our customers and internal partners. What you can expect to do in this role? Implement business critical features that support Paychex tax solutions for our 600k+ clients Work in an agile environment where team collaboration is embraced Help drive innovative approaches for tackling complex product needs Utilize Continuous Delivery principles, including automated builds, tests, and deployments Work in a Java/J2EE environment which utilizes Eclipse Leverage Web Services (REST) for system interactions Write Relational SQL (Oracle RDBMS) for accessing information   Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer or related discipline.
