  • Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities in coordination with vendors to meet the deliverables and schedule of a data solution component within a larger application project.
  • Assist in supporting and maintaining data and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs with the gaming systems.
  • Develop strong working relationships with departments and users.
  • Communicate with departments and users to improve business processes and ensure the use of best practices.
  • Assist in performing administration of database servers, including production, development, testing, and training machines.
  • Assist in Monitoring system performance and optimizes/tunes stored procedures and indexes and
    troubleshoots and isolates performance problems in production databases.
  • Assist in conducting routine maintenance of application and database servers
  • Assist with the overall process of new and existing vendor contracts.
  • Ensures a superior level of user service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained throughout the properties.
  • Consults with process owners to find solutions to solve business problems.
  • Assist with Project Management oversight of enterprise application installs and upgrades.

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience eight (8) years.
  • AND Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with and supporting enterprise application systems, preferably in a casino environment.
    • At least one (1) year experience with Project Management or equivalent certification

    • Certified in at least two (1) of the following or an additional Two (2) years working with and supporting enterprise application systems,

      • Microsoft Server
      • SQL Server
      • AS 400
      • Project Management
      • MCITP
      • MCSE
      • MCP
