What You Would Be Doing

The Administrator of Center Based Services for Boundless Behavioral Health provides direction and leadership in the operations of Center Based Programing. The Director will ensure provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with company mission, vision and values. Working with clinical staff, parents/guardians, and community-based stakeholders, the Director facilitates access to care and addresses barriers.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops Strategic Goals and Annual Objectives for Boundless Center Based Services in cooperation with other the Director of ABA Services and members of the Behavioral Health Leadership Team that are consistent with company financial, clinical and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepares and adheres to annual budgets for center-based services while maintaining fiscal oversight on an ongoing and consistent basis. Assures budget goals are attained or communicates to the Director of ABA Services the reason for a modification.
  • Creates, maintains, and reports on key performance indicators specific to quality assurance and outcomes that are in accordance with company financial, clinical and strategic initiatives as they relate to outpatient and community-based services.
  • Ensures implementation of evidence-based services and interventions.
  • Ensures that everyday activities run seamlessly through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies, contract requirements and external state/federal regulations for all ABA based behavioral health programs.
  • Ensures center-based ABA programs and employees are prepared for internal and external surveys, audits and certification/licensing reviews.
  • Facilitates coordination across all locations/areas of business in order to maintain quality and consistency in service delivery.
  • Maintains effective communication and a positive employee relation climate that encourages the sharing of information and the provision of feedback.
  • Ensures adequate infrastructure and allocation of resources to effectively support the day to day operations. Acts as a liaison for consistent communication and follow up with all locations/areas of business.
  • Participates in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retention of center-based ABA management and clinicians.
  • Maintains partnerships and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Facilitates the engagement of center-based ABA staff in clinical research and professional training activities that promote the application of scientific practice and evidence-based interventions that promote clinical outcome.
  • Keeps abreast of BACB requirements for staff supervision and documentation for exam candidates, RBTs and BCaBAs, effectively communicates changes and ensures implementation of required processes
  • Works in coordination with the Director of ABA Services to develop and implement innovative programming. Targets of programs may include general health, nutrition, and community engagement of consumers; parent education, support, and outreach; community outreach and education; and integration of services across the organization.
  • Assists center-based staff in developing and maintaining appropriate structure in center-based services, fostering a positive, team atmosphere using the agency’s 30 Fundamentals as a guideline.
  • Ensures the health and wellness of center-based staff.
  • All other assigned duties.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree on ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
  • Board certification in behavior analysis
  • Approved to provide Supervision to students enrolled in BACB coursework
  • Minimum of 7 years of ABA experience including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and/or adolescents with autism
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership skills
  • Experience in performance management and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Positive team player and energetic professional
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good judgment and creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and strong written communication skills in collecting and analyzing data and writing reports
  • Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions (considers the environment, people present)
  • Exercises discretion in private and sensitive matters
  • Ability to communicate and present self professionally always
  • Ability to train others (parents, staff) on basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
  • Strictly adheres to HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Preference given to professionals with relevant supervisory designations (e.g., independently licensed Ph.D., LISW-S, LPCC-S) and those with relevant experience with the provisional and/or supervision of applied behavioral analytic techniques (e.g., BCBA-COBA)
