Essential duties including providing client support and technical issue resolution via service requests, E-mail, phone and other electronic medium. Delivers how to support as related to specific applications and business processes. This role focuses on learning the real estate industry, applications, and business processes. Essential Job Functions: Monitor ServiceNow queue and respond to client requests for support in a timely manner Prioritize and route client requests to other internal and external resources Document client requests and resolutions in ServiceNow Create knowledge articles within ServiceNow Participate in client status calls Submit accurate time and expense reports in a timely manner   Category Managed Services   Location Dallas   Position Application Support Specialist   Position Requirements Four-year college degree is preferred with a BA or BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent. Two-year degree is acceptable or comparable training experience. 2 years experience in real estate industry, property operations, and/or application/technical support experience is preferred. Experience in Yardi, MRI or JD Edwards and/or ancillary property management applications is preferred, but not required. Alternatively, similar job experience with a business accounting or ERP solution will be considered.
